When Lucy decides to start a new business, she puts her condo on the market to fund the project. She prices high to make the most profit, but when potential buyers won't even take a look, her realtor convinces her to drop the price. Lucy finally gets an offer but she's offended by the low-ball and wants a full-priced counter-offer.
